Sr. Civil/Architectural Engineer

The role involves supervising the construction of residential villas and infrastructure to ensure quality, compliance, and technical execution. Responsibilities include monitoring contractor performance, reviewing technical submissions, and managing the project from mobilization through the defects liability period.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering and at least 10 years of construction supervision experience in the UAE. Proficiency in local regulations, architectural finishing works, and experience with Abu Dhabi Housing Authority projects is preferred.
