Project Control Manager

Lead all project control functions including planning, scheduling, and cost forecasting for a major luxury residential development. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery through integrated reporting and risk mitigation.

Requires 15-20 years of construction project controls experience, specifically with large-scale residential projects and expertise in Primavera P6. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred, along with strong analytical and leadership skills.
