Facility Management & HVAC Maintenance Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate facility management activities including cleaning, landscaping, and pest control to maintain high operational standards. Lead the preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems and equipment to ensure efficiency and minimize downtime.

Requires a high school diploma or technical qualification, preferably with HVAC certification and 5-8 years of experience in facility management. Must possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HVAC systems and HSE regulatory requirements.
