Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing complex real estate projects, managing consultants and contractors, and ensuring adherence to planning parameters. Key duties include project planning, risk mitigation, financial accountability, and facilitating communication between all stakeholders.

Candidates must hold a degree in Project Management or equivalent with 5-10 years of experience in commercial, residential, or fit-out projects. Proficiency in MS Project and the ability to work in high-pressure environments are required.
