Surveyor - Commercial Consultant

The role involves developing commercial agency business instructions and managing office leasing transactions to maximize opportunities for Knight Frank. Responsibilities include winning new instructions, advising clients on market positioning, and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and occupiers.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience as a Senior Leasing Executive with a proven track record in office lease renewals and disposals. MRICS certification or being on the APC pathway is preferred, along with fluency in English.
