Responsibilities
Perform conservation treatment and preventive care for paper-based materials, including prints, drawings, and archival documents. Coordinate conservation projects, manage outsourced work, and provide expert advice on the installation and storage of collections.
Requirements
Requires a BA or MA degree in paper and photography conservation, library science, or a related field. Candidates need 2 to 4 years of professional experience depending on their degree level and a strong knowledge of conservation ethics and museum standards.
