Responsibilities

The HRBP will lead full-cycle recruitment and manage employee relations to align HR initiatives with business goals. They will also drive employee engagement, performance management, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in HR or Business and have proven experience as an HRBP, preferably in media or tech. Fluency in English and Arabic is required, with Chinese proficiency being a strong advantage.
