Responsibilities

Responsible for operating and monitoring the Dynamic Positioning (DP) system and maintaining accurate system data records. Assists in the setup, maintenance, and inspection of DP sensors, computers, and references.

Requirements

Requires a Chief Mate FG COC II/2 qualification and unlimited DP certificates from the Nautical Institute. Candidates must have at least one year of experience as a DPO/2nd Officer on DP vessels and hold an IMCA DP log book.
