Responsibilities
The Senior Oncology Nurse is responsible for providing leadership and management guidance to the nursing team while ensuring evidence-based patient care practices are followed. They will also manage clinical and non-clinical resources effectively to enhance patient care and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
Requirements
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least 5 years of nursing experience, with a preference for those with senior nursing experience in a private hospital or clinic. Strong clinical expertise in Infusion Room and OPD oversight is also required.
