Commercial Property Manager

Responsible for the overall management of assigned commercial properties to preserve value and meet financial objectives for clients and owners. Key duties include managing tenant relations, overseeing lease renewals, preparing financial reports, and coordinating maintenance with facilities teams.

Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of hands-on property management experience. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of relevant legislation, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent negotiation and communication skills.
