Responsibilities

Lead the execution of project finance and debt raising transactions for a renewable energy portfolio across the MENA region. This includes managing financial models, coordinating with lenders and advisors, and ensuring the delivery of bankable financing solutions through to financial close.

Requirements

Requires a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering with 6-7 years of experience in project or structured finance, specifically within the MENA/GCC region. Candidates must have hands-on experience with non-recourse debt transactions in the power, utility, or renewable energy sectors.
