Responsibilities
The Senior Charge Nurse provides strategic leadership for inpatient and outpatient mental health services, overseeing daily operations and multidisciplinary teams. They are responsible for ensuring high standards of psychiatric nursing care and managing mental health crises.
Requirements
Requires a BSc in Nursing with at least 5 years of continuous experience, including 3-5 years in psychiatric nursing and 3 years in a senior position. A valid DHA license and certifications in BLS and ACLS are mandatory.
