Responsibilities

Lead the HR function at GSS Tech Group, overseeing policy, compliance, and employee relations for internal and client-deployed staff. Manage HR operations for the India Offshore Development Center and drive the UAE Emiratisation strategy.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business and 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in IT staffing. Must be a UAE national with fluency in Arabic and English and strong knowledge of MOHRE systems.
