Account & Relationship Management Executive

Manage and develop a portfolio of clients using ESG Audit & Assurance solutions to drive account growth and ensure maximum value. Act as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle, focusing on renewals, upselling, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

Requires proven experience in Account Management or Customer Success within a SaaS environment, specifically with Audit, Risk, Compliance, or ESG software. Candidates must demonstrate success in managing enterprise relationships, commercial negotiations, and CRM-based pipeline management.
