Manager, Procurement Contracts

Lead the procurement process and execution for PTS projects, ensuring all plans, procedures, and subcontracting activities align with organizational goals. Monitor contractor compliance, review technical bid evaluations, and manage post-order activities including expediting and shipping.

Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role, preferably within the GCC region and on offshore projects.
