Accountable for the global delivery performance of strategic and complex major projects, ensuring they are executed safely, profitably, and predictably. Leads the Major Project PMO and establishes global standards for project governance and risk management.

Requires a proven track record of leading large, complex global project portfolios at an executive level. Must possess deep expertise in project governance, risk mitigation, and building high-performing multicultural teams.
