Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and qualification of high-performance transmit and receive modules for phased-array radar systems. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration and drive root-cause analysis for performance deviations.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or Microwave Engineering with over 7 years of experience in RF/microwave design. Expertise in AESA architectures and the ability to lead complex technical workstreams in defense electronics is essential.
