Responsibilities

Lead the origination, evaluation, and execution of real estate investment opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial segments in the UAE. Manage the entire investment lifecycle from underwriting and due diligence to Investment Committee submissions and closing.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 8-12 years of relevant real estate investment experience, preferably within the UAE or GCC. Proficiency in advanced financial modelling and a strong network of brokers and developers are essential.
