Responsibilities

Manage guest inquiries and reservations to optimize revenue while providing bespoke luxury experiences for ultra-luxury clientele. Ensure accuracy in the PMS database and maintain high quality standards in line with brand audits.

Requirements

Requires a degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Training and Development with at least 2 years of experience in hotel reservations. Fluency in Russian and proficiency in Opera PMS are mandatory requirements.
