Responsibilities
The Assistant Shariah Manager ensures technical adherence to Shariah requirements for Islamic Finance transactions within the CIB. This includes reviewing documentation, implementing banking regulations, and providing secretariat support to Shariah committees.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Law, Shariah Law, or Islamic Jurisprudence and 0-3 years of experience in Internal Shariah Control. Proficiency in English and spoken Arabic is required, with AAOIFI or CIBAFI certifications being an advantage.
