Responsibilities

The Quality Manager is responsible for leading the QA/QC function across a prestigious project in Sharjah, ensuring all deliverables meet contractual, statutory, and company quality requirements. This includes establishing the Quality Management System, overseeing audits, and managing quality control frameworks for consultants and contractors.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a quality discipline with over 10 years of experience, including 5 years in management and aviation projects. Required certifications include Lead Auditor (ISO 9001) or ASQ (CMQ/CQE), along with strong leadership and communication skills.
