Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end experience function across Customer Experience, Partner Experience, Fraud Operations, and CX Insights for 8 MENA markets. Accountable for multi-year strategies, multi-million EUR budgets, and the overall integrity and satisfaction of the platform ecosystem.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree and over 10 years of experience in CX, operations, or strategy within high-growth tech or e-commerce. Must have a proven track record of leading large teams and managing significant P&L or budget accountability.
