Responsibilities

The role focuses on supporting HR analytics, reporting, and automation to enhance manpower cost planning and data-driven decision-making for the Real Estate HR function. Key duties include designing dashboards, automating operational processes using AI and Power Platform, and providing analytics support for Total Rewards.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field with 3 to 5 years of experience as an Analytics Specialist. Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, Python, and SAP tools (SuccessFactors and Analytics Cloud) is required.
