Responsibilities

The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for the prompt completion of all maintenance issues and the general upkeep of hotel facilities. This includes performing regular inspections and emergency repairs to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Requirements

Candidates should have at least one year of maintenance experience in a branded hotel, specifically in electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry. A high school diploma and proficiency in English are preferred.
