Responsibilities

Develop detailed scope of work documents for road rehabilitation and oversee contractor activities to ensure compliance with UAE standards. Manage project costs, budget forecasts, and provide technical guidance to junior staff during maintenance operations.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with at least 10 years of experience, including 5 years in the UAE. Must have a minimum of 5 years of specific experience in road/highway infrastructure engineering and O&M.
