Responsibilities

Manage the full estimating process from tender review and site assessment to final bid submission. Prepare accurate cost evaluations, technical proposals, and pricing schedules for residential refurbishment and structural rehabilitation projects.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and at least 5 years of UAE experience in construction estimation. A mandatory UAE driving license and proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel are essential.
