Chief Product Officer

Define and execute the long-term product vision and innovation strategy to drive commercial success in the consumer health and wellness sector. Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, scientific affairs, and regulatory functions to develop science-backed product portfolios.

Requires over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in product or R&D, with at least 5 years leading large organizations in supplements or CPG. Must have a proven track record of scaling consumer products from concept to commercialization with deep expertise in formulation science.
