Responsibilities

Lead the Kids Club and Beach Activity operations to provide a safe and enriching environment for children. Oversee programming, team leadership, and operational execution in alignment with Forbes Five-Star luxury standards.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in recreation or hospitality, including 2 years in youth programs. Must possess or be willing to obtain Lifeguard, CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.
