Responsibilities

The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall administration of nursing departments, ensuring professional standards of care and clinical excellence. This role involves strategic operational planning, budget management, and leading a learning culture for the nursing team.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid Registered Nurse license and a Master's degree in Nursing or Hospital Administration/Management. A valid AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider card and the ability to execute organizational change are also required.
