Welcome Desk Agent (Russian/Italian/Spanish Speaker)

The Guest Experience Expert manages guest check-ins, check-outs, and general requests to create a memorable stay. They are responsible for operational tasks, reporting, and providing local area recommendations while maintaining professional standards.

A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and no prior work or supervisory experience is required. Candidates should be capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 10 pounds.
