Serve as the technical expert for BYD workshop operations, providing advanced diagnostic support to technicians and service advisors. Engage directly with customers to verify vehicle symptoms and ensure first-time-fix excellence for electric vehicles.

Requirements

Requires a degree or diploma in Automotive Technology, a valid UAE driving license, and at least 5 years of dealership workshop experience. Preference is given to candidates with IMI EV/PHEV certification and Arabic language skills.
