Responsibilities

The Senior Accountant manages day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, month-end and year-end closing activities. They are also responsible for overseeing accounts receivable functions and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or ACCA) and 4-5 years of experience in a senior accounting role. Mandatory proficiency in Yardi software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
