Responsibilities

Lead financial operations and ensure strict compliance with DFSA prudential rules and IFRS standards across all entities. Manage regulatory reporting, external audits, budgeting, and internal financial processes including payroll and cash flow.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and a professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA. Candidates need 5-7 years of experience, preferably within a DFSA or FSRA regulated firm.
