Senior Quantity Surveyor

Lead comprehensive cost control initiatives and financial management for contracting entities while mentoring a team of intermediate quantity surveyors. Oversee variations, valuations, and final accounts to ensure project expenditure remains within budget and complies with contractual terms.

Requires a degree in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management and professional registration with a body such as RICS or SCSI. Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience in infrastructure or large-scale construction projects with strong expertise in contract administration.
