Quantity Surveyor

The role involves managing the full commercial lifecycle of infrastructure projects, from pre-contract cost planning and BoQ preparation to post-contract administration and final account closure. Responsibilities include conducting site surveys, managing variations, and leading commercial negotiations to ensure financial closure.

Candidates must have at least 10 years of Quantity Surveying experience with a focus on infrastructure and utility projects like STP and stormwater networks. A Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying is preferred, along with professional certification such as MRICS.
