Customer Success Associate

The associate manages both active and passive clients, overseeing product implementation, UAT, and daily communication. They act as a liaison between clients and the technical team to ensure product value and maintain long-term business relationships.

Candidates need 4-5 years of experience with skills in project management, business process mapping, and requirements gathering. Proficiency in business applications like CRM and Analytics is required.
