Assistant Chief Steward

Manage the stewarding team to ensure a clean and safe environment for the F&B team while controlling inventory of equipment, crockery, and glassware. Oversee chemical handling, dishwashing operations, and compliance with HACCP and government standards.

Requires previous experience in stewarding operations at a similar or assistant chief level. Must hold a HACCP certificate and possess strong leadership skills and computer proficiency for reporting.
