Operator

The Operator is responsible for safe and efficient manufacturing operations, including mixing, filling, and packaging in accordance with SOPs. The role focuses on maintaining quality standards, promoting a zero-incident safety culture, and driving continuous improvement through Lean and TPM initiatives.

Requires a High School Diploma or vocational equivalent and sound knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes. Candidates should demonstrate strong learning agility, collaboration skills, and preferably possess forklift certification.
