Head of NHL Services Delivery - Emiratized Role

Oversee and manage NHL core operations including CAD, payments, reconciliations, and collections to ensure operational excellence. Drive strategic planning, maintain regulatory compliance, and lead high-performing teams to support business performance.

Requires a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 7 years as a Head of Operations or COO in a reputable financial institution. A university degree with a postgraduate qualification such as an MBA, CA, or CFA is required.
