Chief Executive Officer

The Group CEO is responsible for the overall strategic direction, financial performance, and sustainable growth of a diversified fintech portfolio across Africa, Europe, North America, and the Middle East. Key duties include overseeing subsidiary performance, managing regulatory licensing, and leading fundraising and investor relations.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of leadership experience, including 5 years at the C-suite level. Proven expertise in fintech, multi-jurisdictional operations, and navigating complex financial regulatory environments is required.
