Responsibilities

Oversee the property acquisition and conveyancing teams to meet GMV targets and maximize investor returns. Manage the end-to-end deal pipeline, from sourcing and vetting to closing and transferring investment opportunities.

Requirements

Requires over 5 years of experience in Dubai-based real estate with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Must possess strong financial modelling skills and deep knowledge of UAE transaction and conveyancing processes.
