Captain - Outside Catering

Oversee the setup and execution of outside catering and banquet functions, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Coordinate with kitchen staff regarding dietary needs and manage guest satisfaction and payment processing.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of related work experience. A minimum of one year of supervisory experience is also preferred.
