Responsibilities
Lead talabat's end-to-end experience function across Customer Experience, Partner Experience, Fraud Operations, and CX Insights. Set and execute multi-year strategies to drive customer and partner satisfaction while overseeing fraud governance and managing multi-million EUR budgets.
Requirements
Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and over 10 years of experience in customer experience, operations, or strategy, preferably in a high-growth tech environment. A proven track record of leading teams and managing budgets at a multi-million EUR scale is essential.
