Responsibilities

Provide direct evidence-based nursing care to adult and pediatric patients in a homecare setting, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications. Coordinate with physicians and families to manage patient progress and maintain detailed clinical records.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and 2 to 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. Candidates must be eligible for DOH, DHA, or MOH licensing and possess Basic Life Support training.
