Manager - Bids

Lead the end-to-end bid management process, including the development of technical and commercial proposals for Middle East Civil Infrastructure. Collaborate with senior leadership and discipline leads to create winning pursuit strategies, manage cost proposals, and ensure compliance with risk committee directives.

Requires a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in bid management or business development with expertise in complex tenders and RFP processes. Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Office is essential, with preferred experience in the UAE market and professional certifications like PMP or APMP.
