BIM (Building Information Modeling) Specialist

The BIM Specialist will lead the implementation of BIM processes and integrate AI technologies to create advanced, data-driven models for architectural and engineering projects. They are responsible for automating workflows, ensuring compliance with international and local standards, and maintaining digital twins for facility management.

Candidates must have 5-10 years of experience in BIM coordination with at least 2 years utilizing AI and automation tools like Dynamo and Python. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Computer Science is required.
