Consultant -Pacific Focal Point

The Pacific Focal Point will coordinate the SIDS Lighthouses Initiative to accelerate renewable energy deployment and electrification in Pacific Small Island Developing States. Key tasks include managing regional pooled procurement, developing electrification strategies, and acting as a liaison between IRENA and regional stakeholders.

Requires a Master's degree in energy-related fields and at least 9 years of experience in energy transition projects within the Pacific region. Candidates must possess expert technical knowledge of renewable energy and established networks with Pacific SIDS and regional organizations.
