Responsibilities

The Rental Executive is responsible for maximizing occupancy and revenue across residential, commercial, and retail portfolios. This includes managing the end-to-end leasing process from lead generation and property viewings to lease negotiation and documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 5 years of successful experience in residential or commercial leasing with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets. Proficiency in real estate CRM software and a valid leasing license are highly advantageous.
