Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day production operations for injection and blow moulding processes to achieve daily targets. Supervise machine performance, quality control, and lead a team of operators and technicians.
Requirements
Requires 5-7 years of experience in plastic moulding operations and a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Polymer Engineering. Strong leadership skills and technical knowledge of moulding parameters and polymers are essential.
