Legal Counsel, Development, Middle East & Africa

Provide strategic and transactional legal support for hotel, residential, and mixed-use development projects across the Middle East and Africa. This includes drafting and negotiating franchise and management agreements while managing legal due diligence and cross-border compliance.

Requires a lawyer qualification from a common law jurisdiction with at least 5 years of experience in a top-tier law firm or in-house role. Must hold an active bar membership in the US, Canada, UK, or a comparable jurisdiction with strong transactional drafting skills.
